[svn-r26502] Description:
Remove the H5_SW_ULONG_TO_FP_BOTTOM_BIT_WORKS and
H5_FP_TO_ULLONG_BOTTOM_BIT_WORKS macros/defines, as they are no longer used by
supported platforms.
Tested on:
MacOSX/64 10.10.x (amazon) w/serial & parallel
(h5committest not required on this branch)
