[svn-r7806] Purpose:
Update
Description:
Expanded the FPHDF5 test to include creating multiple datasets by one
process in a non-root group.
Cleaned up the code a bit more to make it more modular and easier to
work with.
Platforms tested:
Linux (FPHDF5 specific)
Misc. update:
