[svn-r9575] Purpose:
Adding testing code for collective IO implementation
Description:
Won't affect testing HDF5 library.
Not tested yet, only check in for debugging purpose.

Linux 2.4 + mpich 1.2.6
Aix 5.1 + mpcc_r
