[svn-r8294] Purpose:
feature
Description:
Change testphdf5 to use the common test program syntax.
Needed to change the protocols of all test programs to
fit the requirement of the common test syntax.
Platforms tested:
"h5committested".
Also tested in sol with PP mode.
