[svn-r6017] Description:
Renamed h5dumptst.c to h5dumpgentest.c.
Added a test to run h5dumpgentest to make it can run without error. Note
that this does not verify if it is generating the correct test files.
Platforms tested:
Tested h5committest {arabica (fortran), eirene (fortran, C++)
modi4 (parallel, fortran)}? YES
