[svn-r8063] Purpose:
Update c++ test project
Description:
dumplicate codes in c++ test has been removed and relinked with c tests.
However, this is not reflected on windows.
Solution:
make testhdf5_cpp and testhdf5_cppdll depend on libtest.lib and libtestD.lib; under
that case, the test is relinked with c tests.
Platforms tested:
windows 2000
