No longer needed. make check-install or make check does the
checking now.
Platforms tested:
no h5committest since I am removing a script command that is not
needed any more.
Misc. update:
no need to update doucment since it was an internal command
that was never documented.

Bug fix
Description:
The /bin/csh shell was causing problems if you were using a different
shell than csh (like bash). It couldn't find the compiler.
Solution:
Changed to the more standard /bin/sh
Platforms tested:
Linux

Adding the Fortran interface to the HDF5 library
Description:
Fortran is now a subdirectory of the HDF5 library tree.
Platforms tested:
Solaris and IRIX (O2K)
