Bring r21919-21924 from trunk to 1.8 branch: cleanup FUNC_ENTER macros,

Also removed Subversion mergeinfo tags from a few directories and files.
These are artifacts from non-root merges using pre-1.6 Subversion clients. (This
should fix the problem of unchanged directories looking "changed" during
checkins.)

Purpose: Fix coverity issue 785
Description: Modified H5T_enum_nameof() to free "name" on failure if it was
allocated. Also clarified some code in H5S_hyper_rebuild_helper().
r20189:
Addressed coverity defect 783.
H5SL_new_node() in H5SL.c was failing to free space allocated in its
first alloc if the second alloc failed. Added a call to H5FL_FREE
to address this issue.
This is purely to keep coverity happy -- if this code is ever triggered,
we have much larger problems.
Note that this fix will trigger an unused return value complaint
from coverity next week.

"Normalize" object names for external links, making them into the same
form as used for soft links.
Begin the process of adding more printf-like information to library
error reporting. HGOTO_ERROR() and HDONE_ERROR() macros can now use the last
parameter (a string) like a printf() formatting string and pass extra
parameters with additional information. (For example, see the HGOTO_ERROR
macros in H5FD_sec2_read() in src/H5FDsec2.c)
Bring the underlying H5E_printf_stack() routine from trunk to 1.8
branch also.

Description: Added a new field 'app_count' to H5I_id_info_t struct, to track
the reference count on an id due to the application. the old 'count' field
tracks the total. Generally any id visible to the application gets placed
in app_count. Added app_ref boolean parameter to H5I_inc_ref, H5I_dec_ref,
H5I_register, H5I_clear_type, and a few other functions, to specify whether
the operation(s) being performed on the id(s) are due to the application
(TRUE) or not (FALSE). Test added for this case.

- Issue error when requesting recursive traversal of a file
with the "group info" flag, but no group given
- Print info about root group in all(?) appropriate situations
- Don't print "verbose" information about root group until the
root group is in the list of objects to display
(mostly because h5ls & h5stat had a different twist on traversing the
groups in a file that the other utilities)

The static szip libraries are working as intended, but when shared szip
libraries are present and intended for use they cannot be opened. A check
has been implemented to test if shared szip libraries are functional on
current platform. If they are not, and the user is trying to use them,
szip is now disbaled and the user is informed.
This issue occurs on kagiso, and the resolution was tested on kagiso.

Add object creation property (H5P[s|g]et_obj_track_times) to disable
storing timestamps on objects, which makes the object's header size smaller.
Also, added object header status flags to H5O_info_t struct (for

Switch from using H5L_index_t/H5L_INDEX_<foo> to H5_index_t/H5_INDEX_<foo>
in order to accommodate indices on aspects of attributes as well as links.
Add basic support for deleting attributes in dense storage (needs more
support/tests for shared attributes in dense storage still).
Misc. cleanups, etc.

module, along with renaming them to have "H5O_msg_" prefix...

Migrate more object header routines to use the H5O_msg_ prefix and put
them into the src/H5Omessage.c code module.

Refactor object header code to separate process of creating an object
header message from the process of writing to an existing one.
Start renaming operations that deal with object header messages to have
"H5O_msg_" prefix...

Add fields for tracking attributes on objects to object header prefix,
when using the latest version of the format.
Reduce size used to store type of header message from 2 bytes to 1. (If we
have >256 message types, we probably have a different problem... :-)
Also, add "birth" time for object (i.e. creation time) [named to align
with similar fields in file systems]
Correct bug in H5Gget_objinfo() - retrieve the ctime field from object info,
instead of the mtime field.

Finish removing library's internal code that uses H5G_get_objinfo() and
retarget it at either getting the link information or the object information,
as appropriate. (Still need to add user-level tests for H5Oget_info(), but
since several internal components of the library depend on the internal version,
it appears to be working correctly).

Refactor internal code that retrieves the object's type to use the new
H5O_type_t (which only definitions for object types, instead of links as well)
instead of the older H5G_obj_t (which included links, etc.)
