Removes unnecessary headers from C library source files.

* Replaced last sprintf with snprintf
To have the size of the buffer, it was required to change a function signature, and change all users of it.
In most cases, determining the buffer size wasn't trivial and so SIZE_MAX is passed. But at least this improves the infrastructure. Someone can later figure out the correct sizes.

This CVE issue was previously listed as fixed (via HDFFV-9950) back in
2016, but with no confirmation test. Now that test files exist for
the 2016 Talos CVE issues, we found that CVE-2016-4332 can raise an
assert in debug builds.
This fix replaces the assert with pointer checks that don't raise
errors or asserts. Since the function is in cleanup code, we do our
best to close and free things, even when presented with partially-
initialized structs.
Fixes CVE-2016-4332 and HDFFV-9950 (confirmed via the cve_hdf5 repo)

Several macros for handling haddr_t values exist in H5Fprivate.h
and have H5F prefixes, even though they have nothing to do with
a particular file (e.g., H5F_addr_lt()).
These macros have been moved to H5private.h and renamed to have
an H5 prefix.
Affected macros:
H5F_addr_overflow
H5F_addr_defined
H5F_addr_eq
H5F_addr_ne
H5F_addr_lt
H5F_addr_le
H5F_addr_gt
H5F_addr_ge
H5F_addr_cmp
H5F_addr_overlap
H5F_addr_pow2 was unused and removed instead of converted.

the message type until we've verified we understand the message type.
Reduce size of H5O_msg_class_g to *not* include space for
H5O_BOGUS_INVALID. Make bogus messages shareable. Add new bogus
message test with shareable messages to cover the formerly problematic
code. Re-run gen_bogus.c to add this test case and also to fix the
bogus_invalid messages that were no longer H5O_BOGUS_INVLAID due to a
new message class being added in a previous commit. Added comment to
remind developers to run gen_bogus.c when adding a new message class.

Complete revamp of package initialization/shutdown mechanism in the library.
Each package now has a single init/term routine.
This new way should avoid packages being re-initialized during library
shutdown and is also be _much_ more proactive about giving feedback for
resource leaks internal to the library.
Introduces a new "module" header file for packages in the library
(e.g src/H5Fmodule.h) which sets up some necessary package configuration macros
for the FUNC_ENTER/LEAVE macros. (The VFL drivers have their own slightly
modified version of this header, src/H5FDdrvr_module.h)
Also cleaned up a bunch of resources leaks all across the library and tests,
along with addressing many warnings, as I encountered them.
Tested on:
MacOSX/64 10.10.5 (amazon) w/serial & parallel

Revert r25273, 25283 & 25439 (the hyperslab improvement changes). They
are buggy and it's taking me a long time to correct the problem. I'll check
in a revised form of the changes when I've got them straightened out.

further, along with 3 new public API routines: H5Scombine_hyperslab(),
H5Sselect_select() and H5Scombine_select(), along with many minor cleanups to
the code and fixing a few compiler warnings.
Tested on:

Description:
When using the new object header format, it was possible for corruption to occur
if the first object header chunk changed size such that the lenght of the "chunk
0 size" field changed. This only occurred if there were messages that had not
been decoded. The original algorithm that changed the object header chunk size
marked all messages as dirty, causing those that had not been decoded to have
both the raw and native form invalidated. Changed the algorithm to avoid
marking messages dirty and added assertions to catch the case where messages
are dirtied without being decoded (or recently created) first.
Tested: jam, koala, ostrich (h5committest), durandal

Description:
H5Ocopy could get confused when copying a named datatype containing an
attribute which used that named datatype as its datatype. This happened
because H5Ocopy would recurse into the attribute's datatype before the object
the attribute was in was fully copied (i.e. before the "post-copy" pass).
Modified H5Ocopy to avoid recursing before the post-copy step in this case.
Required many changes, including to how non-committed shared messages are
copied.
