Description: The library now recognizes some problems with datatype versions in H5O_decode_helper(), and, if not performing strict format checks, automatically corrects them. 	Feature Add Description: It's now possible to print out characters as actual characters instead of their decimal equivalent numbers. It's the same thing that h5ls does.
