Bug fixes and code cleanup
Description:
Whitespace removal.
Added testfiles for named datatypes in attributes.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.9 (sleipnir)

begin_obj and end_obj
macros in the dumper. this was basically adding a space after most of the '}'.
there are some places that don't have the space because those '}' were not printed
by the end_obj macro

Updated expected output for dumper automatic tests.
Removed redundant tests.
