Description: VMS stat structure doesn't have st_blocks filed. H5_HAVE_STAT_ST_BLOCKS
was defined in h5pubconf.h and therefore compilation of big.c
failed on VMS.
Solution: Undefined H5_HAVE_STAT_ST_BLOCKS in h5pubconf.h
