Subject: [svn-r6681] Purpose: Catching up with 1.4 branch

Description: 1.5 didn't have unicos10.0.X configuration files
             for both C and fortran.

Solution: Added the files and updated MANIFEST

Platforms tested: bin.chmanifest on arabica
