Subject: [svn-r28902] Remove 3 files in autom4te.cache from MANIFEST.  They
 are generated by autogen.sh and were inadvertently added along with configure
 and Makefile.in files but are not checked in and should not be installed. 
 Furthermore they are not generated on all systems by autogen.sh and cause
 chkmanifest to fail when run be release scripts.
