Subject: [svn-r25136] Bug: HDFFV-8433 The temporary directory used by zip is
 the same as the rest but it has to be different. Changed tar2zip to use a
 different (ztmpdir) name.

Tested: by hand running "bin/release ... gzip zip md5".
