Subject: [svn-r4228] Purpose:     Feature Description:     Added the feature
 that ALLHOSTS can be set via the file     allhostfile in the snapshot
 directory.  This reduces the     need to modify runtest for hosts changes.
 Platforms tested:     eirene (did dry runs).
