Subject: [svn-r3777] Purpose:     Bug Fix Description:     Forgot to propagate
 the '-c' flag if the install-sh script is being     used. This caused some
 machines *cough*T3E*cough* to move instead of     copy the files... Solution:
     Added -c flag back in with the install-sh script. Platforms tested:    
 Gondolin
