From fbcc3e84c0ca87fdd528afe74bf730618d4b23e5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: James Laird Date: Mon, 14 Mar 2005 15:35:55 -0500 Subject: [svn-r10215] Purpose: Configure feature Description: On some platforms with some compilers, automake's dependency tracking is silently disabled. This can be confusing for developers. Solution: Set configure to enable dependencies all the time unless the user explicitly disables them (using the configure flag --disable-dependency-tracking) or a site file overrides the default (as is the case on IRIX).
