Subject: [svn-r5767] Purpose:     Clarification regarding sizes of some super
 block elements. Description:     Added note to "HDF5 Super Block Layout"
 table that the last 5 items     are of the size specified in 'Size of
 Offsets'. Platforms tested:     IE 5
