Subject: [svn-r4471] Purpose:     Feature add Description:     Changed the
 "make install" thingy to "make install-all" in the     quick-setup guide.
 Also, changed the version number of HDF5 in the     examples from 1.4.0 and
 1.2.0 to 1.5.x
