* unix/configure: Regen.
* unix/tcl.m4 (SC_TCL_64BIT_FLAGS): Define HAVE_TYPE_OFF64_T
only when off64_t, open64(), and lseek64() are defined.
IRIX 5.3 is known to not include an open64 function.
