* generic/tclEvent.c ([::tcl::Bgerror]): Corrections to Tcl's
* tests/event.test: default [interp bgerror] handler so that when
it falls back to a hidden [bgerror] in a safe interp, it gets the
right error context data. [Bug 1790274].
