* generic/tclIO.c (BUSY_STATE, CheckChannelErrors,
TclCopyChannel): New macro, and the places using it. This change
allows for bi-directional fcopy on channels. Thanks to Alexandre
Ferrieux <ferrieux@users.sourceforge.net> for the patch.
