* generic/tclCompExpr.c (CompileLandOrLorExpr): new logic, fewer
instructions. As a side effect, the instructions INST_LOR and
INST_LAND are now never used.
* generic/tclExecute.c (INST_JUMP*): small optimisation; fix a
bug in debug code.
