* generic/tclNamesp.c: Undid fix for #956, which broke backwards
compatibility.

* doc/info.n: Added further information about differences between
"namespace which" and "info exists".
* doc/SetErrno.3: Added descriptions of ErrnoId() and ErrnoMsg()
functions.
