        * generic/tclStringObj.c:       Tcl_AppendObjToErrorInfo, Tcl_Format,
        * generic/tclInt.h:             Tcl_AppendLimitedToObj,
        Tcl_AppendFormatToObj and Tcl_AppendPrintfToObj.  Former internal
        versions removed.
