Fixed bug where upvar could resurrect a namespace variable whose namespace had been deleted. * generic/tclCompile.c (TclCompileExprCmd): Eliminated yet another bogus optimization in expression compilation. * generic/tclCompile.c (CompileExprWord): Fixed exception stack overflow bug caused by missing statement.
