* generic/tclExecute.c (TEBC): elimination of duplicated code in the
non-immediate INST_INCR instructions; elimination of 103 (!)
TclDecrRefCount macros. The different instructions now jump back to a
common "DecrRefCount zone" at the topof the loop.
