* generic/tclInt.h:
* generic/tclNamesp.c:
* generic/tclObj.c:
* generic/tclvar.c: new macros TclGetCurrentNamespace() and
TclGetGlobalNamespace(); Tcl_GetCommandFromObj and
TclGetNamespaceFromObj rewritten to make the logic clearer;
slightly faster too.
