TIP #336 IMPLEMENTATION
* generic/tcl.decls: New routines Tcl_(Get|Set)ErrorLine.
* generic/tcl.h: Dropped default access to interp->errorLine.
* generic/tclCmdAH.c: Restore it with -DUSE_INTERP_ERRORLINE.
* generic/tclCmdMZ.c: Updated callers.
* generic/tclDictObj.c:
