* generic/tclNamesp.c: tweaks to Tcl_GetCommandFromObj and
* generic/tclObj.c: TclGetNamespaceFromObj; modified the
usage of structs ResolvedCmdName and ResolvedNsname so that the
field refNsPtr is NULL for fully qualified names.
