* generic/tclInt.h:
* generic/tclObj.c: renamed global variable emptyString ->
tclEmptyString because it is no longer static.
* generic/tclPkg.c: Fix for panic when library is loaded on a
platform without backlinking without proper use of stubs. [Bug 476537]
