* generic/tclInt.decls: Modif to the internals of
* generic/tclInt.h: TclObjInterpProc to reduce stack
* generic/tclIntDecls.h: consumption and improve task
* generic/tclProc.c: separation. Changes the interface of
TclObjInterpProcCore (patching TclOO simultaneously).
