* generic/tclStringObj.c: defined new internal macros for creating
and setting frequently used obj types (int,long, wideInt, double,
string). Changed TEBC to use eg 'TclNewIntObj(objPtr, i)' to avoid
the function call in 'objPtr = Tcl_NewIntObj(i)'
