* generic/tclStubInit.c:
* generic/tclInt.decls, generic/tclIntDecls.h: added TclByteArrayMatch
* generic/tclUtil.c (TclByteArrayMatch): for efficient glob
* generic/tclExecute.c (TclExecuteByteCode): matching of ByteArray
