* library/tcltest/tcltest.tcl: Correct reaction to errors in the
obsolete processCmdLineArgsHook. [Bug 1055673]
* library/tcltest/pkgIndex.tcl: Bump to tcltest 2.2.7
* unix/Makefile.in:
* tests/all.tcl: Update to use [tcltest::configure].
