Remove libtommath/makefile* and related: Those files suggest anything can be built in this directory, it cannot.
Allow mp_expt_n to be used in extensions in stead of mp_expt_d (following rename in libtommath 1.2 -> 1.3) Remove some libtommath C-files, which are not used at all.
