* macosx/Tcl.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: add tclIORTrans.c; updates and
cleanup for Xcode 3.1/Leopard. * macosx/Tcl.xcode/project.pbxproj: sync Tcl.xcodeproj changes. * macosx/README: document new build configs.
