* macosx/Tcl-Common.xcconfig: enable more warnings.
* macosx/Tcl.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj: add 'DebugMemCompile' build
configuration that calls configure with --enable-symbols=all; override
configure check for __attribute__((__visibility__("hidden"))) in Debug
configuration to restore availability of ZeroLink.
