* macosx/Tcl.xcode/project.pbxproj: discontinue unmaintained support
* macosx/Tcl.xcode/default.pbxuser: for Xcode 1.5; replace by Xcode2
project for use on Tiger (with Tcl.xcodeproj to be used on Leopard).
