* tests/NRE.test: made empty, waiting for removal until das does
his thing in macosx/Tcl.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj
* tests/nre.test: migrated tests to standard locations,
* tests/unsupported.test: separating core functionality from the
experimental commands. These are new files.
