* tests/namespace.test:
* generic/tclNamesp.c (Tcl_Export): added a uniq'ing test to the
export list so only one instance of each export pattern would
exist in the list.
* generic/tclExecute.c (TclExecuteByteCode): optimized case for
the empty string in ==/!= comparisons
