* generic/tclCkalloc.c (TclFinalizeMemorySubsystem): set curTagPtr
to NULL to allow for reuse.
* generic/tclEvent.c (Tcl_Finalize): moved the tsdPtr
initialization inside the subsystemsInitialized check to prevent
it potentially getting called twice during finalization. (wu)
