* unix/configure: Regen.
* unix/tcl.m4 (SC_CONFIG_CFLAGS): Use -Wl,--export-dynamic
instead of -rdynamic for LDFLAGS. The -rdynamic is
not documented so it seems better to pass the
--export-dynamic flag to the linker.
