* unix/Makefile.in: Use TCL_STUB_LIB_FILE instead of STUB_LIB_FILE.
* unix/configure: Regen. * unix/configure.in: Don't subst STUB_LIB_FILE, use TCL_STUB_LIB_FILE instead.
