	simply does a cd to dltest/ before running make.

	DL_LIBS, LIBS, and MATH_LIBS variables instead
	of TCL_LIBS variable from tclConfig.sh.

	configure free implementation.
	* unix/dltest/configure: Removed.
	* unix/dltest/configure.in: Removed.
