* unix/configure:
* unix/tcl.m4: added -pthread for FreeBSD to EXTRA_CFLAGS and
LDFLAGS. Also triggered nodots only for FreeBSD-3.
Added AC_DEFINE(_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS) for Solaris.
