* generic/tclCompile.c (TclCompileTokens):
* generic/tclExecute.c (CompileExprObj): fix a perf bug (found by
Alex Ferrieux) where some variables in the LVT where not being
accessed by index. Fix missing localCache management in compiled
expressions found while analyzing the bug.
