* unix/configure.in (Darwin): use Darwin SUSv3 extensions if
available; remove /Network locations
from default tcl package search path
(NFS mounted locations and thus slow).
* unix/configure: autoconf-2.59
* unix/tclConfig.h.in: autoheader-2.59
