library/http/http.tcl - in http::SecureProxyConnect and its caller, bugfix cleanup after 407 from HTTPS proxy. Close the connection to the proxy. Do not copy all values of state() from the proxy CONNECT to the main request, especially leave out state(sock). Raise an error for a 3xx and 401 response to CONNECT. In http::Event, trap TLS handshake errors in a place where they do not occur for a non-proxy request.
